XPeng sees May deliveries soar 78% YoY
The May deliveries consisted of 4,224 P7s, 3,686 P5s, as well as 2,215 G3is.
For the first five months of 2022, XPeng delivered a total of 53,688 new vehicles, representing a 122% year-on-year hike.
The automaker said it had restored production under two shifts in mid-May, and is speeding up the delivery of the orders backlogged in the first quarter of this year.

XPeng will launch ACC-L and LCC-L via over-the-air (OTA) updates in the near future. The company said ACC-L and LCC-L would become the industry's first adaptive cruise control and lane center control function adopting camera and LiDAR based perception.
Regarding the deployment of charging network, XPeng had operated 954 self-managed charging stations by the end of April 2022, including 774 supercharging stations and 180 destination charging stations across China. The update for May has not been disclosed.
